Ingredients for icing:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 Tablespoons cocoa
6 Tablespoons Coca Cola
1 box confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions for cake:
Grease and flour 9x13 baking pan. Preheat oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Sift flour and soda into a large bowl. Add sugar. Set aside. In a saucepan, combine oil, margarine, cocoa and cola. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour this into the dry ingredients. Beat on low speed to combine. Add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs to the bowl and beat thoroughly. Fold in marshmallows with a large spoon. Pour into pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. While it is baking, assemble ingredients for the icing. You will have to prepare the icing quickly and pour it over the cake while both are still hot.

Instructions for icing:
Combine margarine, cocoa and cola in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla. Stir until it's nice and creamy, then pour it over the hot cake. (If you think it's too thick to pour, add a little more cola.)
